how it works

I carefully curate your custom programmes in line with your needs.   The length of the programme will vary.  Coaching programme can include:

  • An initial chemistry check in and planning session to confirm coaching areas of focus and measures of success.

  • Four-to-five confidential coaching sessions via Zoom or face-to-face.

  • Unlimited email and phone access between sessions as needed to address specific issues.

  • Post-session fieldwork and reading/resources as appropriate. 

  • A close-out review to work out next steps and an action plan to carry you forward.
