Sue is passionate about empowering women leaders and supporting them to develop and succeed as leaders. As a seasoned C-Suite Leader, Board Director, Mentor/Coach and Consultant, I have a steadfast commitment to building purpose led workplaces, communities and leaders.
I am an advocate for all areas of the diversity spectrum, but in particular women leaders and helping to create systemic change, while inspiring and uplifting women to thrive in the leadership space. My professional narrative is one of transformation and my style reflects the importance of considering many approaches to gain momentum. In a fast-paced digital landscape, I consistently champion a holistic perspective, always with curiosity. I believe in creating leaders who have strategic decision-making skills,
enabling meaningful change.
My coaching and mentoring style is to provide guidance, feedback, and strategies tailored to the specific needs of each person. I use conversation, listening and various other coaching models and techniques.

Loretta is the founder and Director of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre, which has been instrumental in developing the coaching and mentoring profession in New Zealand for over 25 years, advocating ethical and professional practice.
Her considerable knowledge and experience as a leadership advisor have been recognised with a globally respected Master Coach accreditation from EMCC (European Coaching Mentoring Council).
As Corporate Programme Director at the New Zealand Leadership Institute, University of Auckland Business School, Loretta has led long‐term leadership development programmes for senior executives in all sectors.

I am a sister, mother, aunty, cousin, friend, teacher, learner and grandmother. Each of these roles continuously create experiences that enrich my understanding of myself and my world in Te Ao Māori
My focus is always about the wellbeing of tangata through education. This has allowed me to be a tuakana- teina, advisor in ngā mea Māori, tutor, advocate, composer, writer, wisdom keeper and kai karakia within my Māori world.
