As a dedicated leadership coach, I specialise in partnering with women in leadership positions, providing a safe and confidential space where you can truly thrive. I am here to serve as your trusted advisor, mentor, and supporter, guiding you on your journey to become the best leader you can be.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of coaching women leaders in various circumstances. Whether you're aiming to secure a chief executive role as the next milestone in your leadership journey, navigating the transition from middle management to the C-suite, or facing the challenges of career and life transitions, I am here to support you. I understand the unique hurdles women leaders may encounter, and I am dedicated to helping you overcome them.

In addition, drawing from my extensive experience as a professional director and chief executive, I enjoy guiding women into senior leadership and governance roles. I've been fortunate to assist numerous women in securing their first C-suite, chief executive and governance roles.

As a seasoned C-Suite Leader, Board Director, Mentor/Coach and Consultant, I have a steadfast commitment to building purpose led workplaces, communities and leaders.
I am an advocate for all areas of the diversity spectrum, but in particular women leaders and helping to create systemic change, while inspiring and uplifting women to thrive in the leadership space.
