Programme
Snapshot

This Programme is the heart of Leadership For Good. It connects a group of CEO and C-Suite women in an exclusive group coaching programme facing similar challenges to benefit from the collective wisdom, shared experiences and diverse perspectives of these peers.

Unlike any other leadership programme, The Connected Leadership Programme is as about connection as much as facilitation and imparting knowledge. Each cohort connects in real time through immersive peer learning clinics and collaborative problem-solving sessions looking at real issues facing the group.

Topics covered include developing a strategy for your organisation and strategic acumen; working effectively with your board, and board reporting; leading and responding to disruption and change; cultural capability for leadership in Aotearoa

This in depth programme facilitated by women with CEO/C-Suite experience and active board positions includes six x 4 hour workshops, plus a 2 day Noho Marae at Piritahi Marae, Waiheke Island.

Each cohort of senior women leaders is a small group of non-competing industry leaders,

Supported by private networking, online resources and virtual check-ins, as well as coaching and support between workshops.

Join us in this exclusive program to make a real difference to your leadership journey. Your expertise and experience matter, and we're here to help you unlock your full potential.

Together, let's connect, lead, and make an impact. The Connected Leadership Program is your bridge to success.

is The Connected Leadership Programme for you?

Women leaders tell us they often feel isolated in their role and want a confidential, committed network of other women leaders they can support and learn from. They want to bring their challenges for discussion and review. They want to gain insights from other women and they want rich informed kōrero and discussion about issues that impact them as leaders.

We recognise that women leaders are leaving at the highest rate in years. This exodus is a pressing issue, and the Connected Leadership Program aims to be part of the solution. By connecting senior women leaders, nurturing their growth, and fostering a supportive peer network, we're committed to empowering them to stay and thrive in their leadership roles.
